Home / 3-6 Buildings
  • There are four main buildings on the 3-6 Site. The first building houses the Ruth Park Library. The refurbishment of this building was completed in 2003. The main learning environment contains the Ruth Park Book collection, student learning areas and computer terminals with internet access. There is a well equipped Librarian Office and a secure Audio Visual Room. There is also a Multi Purpose Room which is used for tuition for the school band students, STLA groups, the school counsellor and for holding small meetings.

The second building is the Main building which looks across Short St. and down the Georges River. The top floor of this three storey brick building is made up of 4 classrooms, the 3-6 staffroom, a book resource room, the Mathematics resource room and an Art and Craft Festival storeroom.

    • The ground floor of this building has 3 classrooms, the school office, the principals office, a teacher preparation and resource room, an Audio Visual equipment storeroom and an Art storeroom.

The lower floor of the main building is where you will find the Computer Laboratory, 3-6 canteen, gymnastics storage space and another Art and Craft Festival storeroom.

  • The third building is a timber classroom overlooking Phillip St. This building was relocated from another location on the 3-6 site in preparation for the building of the school hall in 2003. At this time the building was re painted and re carpeted. Although it has been used as a band room and an RFF room, the classroom is currently used to house one of the 3-6 classes. This timber building is the oldest building located on the 3-6 site.

The final building on the 3-6 site is the newest building. It is our School Hall which was completed in 2003.
