The Oyster Bay PS Library is currently housed on both sites of the school. The 3-6 Site houses the Ruth Park collection. This collection has a substantial variety of fiction, non fiction and reference materials suitable mainly for all student users.

It includes a Junior Fiction section featuring a range of easier novels and picture books as well as resources which would extend gifted readers in Year 6. A newly refurbished library was opened on the 3-6 site at the beginning of 2003.

The Ruth Park Library is open to students from 9am on the days when the librarian is on the 3-6 site, currently three days a week. It is also open during the second half of lunch.
Visits by children from the K-2 site are planned from time to time and may be part of a class unit of work or for a special visit like during Book Week.
